My Contact at the agency is Carlos. He was very helpful securing a homeowners policy that saved me on annual premium. Of course this translates to a lower monthly payment! The policy you bought your home with is usually not the most cost effective.
I switched carriers and am saving $100/mo. Also, Carlos always emailed confirmations and replied to my questions throughout the whole process. Thank you for the attention to details with my homeowners policy!
